These reduced rates reflect the fact that the work at my premises and maybe fitted in around premium rate services.

Anti-Virus / Patch / Update service

One of charge of £45 for removing virus, installing anti virus software, firewall, windows patches, removing spyware, and general housekeeping. This is if for a PC is dropped of to my premises where I have the necessary software on the network. For the same service where I collected, deliver, and reinstall the charge is £65.

Support Minutes

Want to pre-buy some time so that you can phone me up for telephone support. An easy  way to get instant advice on Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Corel, and many others.

Easy offer £10 60 minutes based on duration of call. The call is made at your cost.
Reassurance £30 200 minutes based on duration of call. The call is made at your cost.

These support minutes do not expire, I just have to be available.

Remote Support / Instruction

Using Windows Messenger I can remotely control your computer. Ideally it requires you to have a broadband connection. You still control the access to your computer, you have to let me connect each time, I cannot just get in when I want.

Conditions

As a small business and to save costs it is a condition that payment is received at the end of each session. An invoice will then be sent by email.
